If you're looking to buy items from the 'Gift Ideas', 'Prints', 'Planters' and 'Homeware' sections can be shipped anywhere in the UK. We post everything via Royal Mail First Class and we try to ship everything within 2-3 working days of purchase. Our standard shipping price is £4.00.
For our fully assembled terrariums, we are now providing a special delivery service to anyone who lives in Bristol and the surrounding area, this includes anywhere with the Bristol BS postcode. We've decided to hand deliver instead of posting our terrariums due to their delicate nature. This makes sure that the terrarium you have ordered will arrive in the best condition it can. Deliveries will be made at the weekends, with the occasional evening. Any purchases made MON-THURS you will receive your terrarium that same weekend. Any purchases made FRI-SUN, they will be delivered the following weekend. Delivery cost will be £4.00 as standard. Unfortunately we not currently delivering outside of the Bristol BS postal code. We are looking into solutions for getting our terrariums further afield and will hopefully be able to offer this service in the coming months.
Non Delivery Weekends
Listed below are weekends that we are unable be deliver on. If you have made a purchase that would be for one of these weekends, we will email you with a different delivery slot. If you have any enquiries please use our contact page.
All our plants have a guarantee of 30 days, your plant isn't thriving let us know and we will replace it free of charge. If you wish to return anything from our website, for any reason at all, you have 14 days since the time you receive your goods to return the item for a full refund. If you're experiencing any issues with the terrarium you have purchased, we're offering a service of updating any plants that don't take to your new terrarium completely free of charge, within the 30 days of purchase. Outside of the 30 days we're more than happy to help out with refreshing your terrarium, but there will be an addition costs. We do not accept any sale items in our returns. Sale items are listed at a reduced price, and any issues with that item are fully stated allowing the customer to be fully aware of the state the item will be in before purchasing.
